[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]Twin brown and blue optics scanning the territory, Magnum remained standing as he paused at the border. He'd heard that this group was somewhat academic; hopefully, the gossiping loners would be right about one thing in their lifetimes. Once, he'd heard that BloodClan was laid back and "groovy", while the Covenant was as bloodthirsty as could be. Giving a small shake of his head as if to clear it, the caramel-furred canine straightened up, still glancing around the forest.

[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]Though Magnum would've liked to spend his time doing productive things like hunting and patrolling, the canine had to admit that this would be good excercise. Watching Lady Avorio streak off into the trees, he broke into a run as he tore after her.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]"I wouldn't suggest eating them." Magnum murmured, watching the glowing dot zip around the night sky, flitting around the gathered SkullClanners. Fireflies were interesting bugs, the canine thought; really, it was a shame that they only came out at night. Or did they? Perhaps they were just hard to see in the daytime, without the glow... furrowing his brow, Magnum pondered this silently.

[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]Turning his gaze toward the buck, Magnum dipped his head slightly before raising it to speak. "My name is Magnum, sir, and I'm here to join." Samson seemed seemed rather easygoing, but the canine still remained respectful and polite; no need to be disrespectful to your (possible) new Clanmate.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]"I was born a loner, but decided that I wanted to join a group." Magnum said crisply, lowering his gaze to meet Nero's. A tiger cub, huh? He'd seen a few of them in BloodClan, but up close, they were quite scary. He was due to be promoted in about a month, and the child was almost as large as him!
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]"What are you doing?" Magnum asked, slightly queasy at the sight of so much blood. Lord, there seemed to be an infinite amount of the coppery liquid inside that bird; and Nero was playing in it like a child during their first snow. "You aren't supposed to be out of camp." he said after a moment, making his voice stern and narrowing his eyes, despite how disturbed he was.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]Growling at Jadeshard, Magnum bared his teeth in warning before turning to Wolfgate. He'd heard this was their leader; and from the confident stance that the tortoiseshell held, it appeared to be true. "Good job on capturing him, sir." the canine said, dipping his head.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]At the cub's question, Magnum chuckled, a faint smile lacing his maw. "I suppose I have; if you'd like, I can tell you about some of the places I've seen. Oh, and, yes... a tour would be much appreciated." the canine nodded.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]"You're not an adult; you're not even an apprentice." Magnum said with a frown, taking a step forward and sighing. "When you're a trainee, feel free to do stuff like... this," he said, a flicker of distaste showing on his features, "but for now, stay in camp. Go on, before somebody who can punish you gets here."
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]A huff of amusement escaping his maw, Magnum followed after Nero with an apologetic glance at Samson. Nero seemed nice... perhaps, when the tiger was old enough, he'd get to take him on as an apprentice.

[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify](would you mind?)

[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]"Hello, everyone." Magnum said, offering the others a polite smile as he approached. "My name is Magnum; it's nice to meet you all." Since he'd only just joined, this meet and greet was quite convenient; it was quite embarrassing to not know anyone's name.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]"You have my condolences, ma'am." Magnum said solemnly, watching the blurred form of Straight disappear over the horizon. The canine had never had children, but he imagined that it would be extremely difficult to lose one of them to a different Clan.

[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]Ears flattening as the wolf attacked Antebellum, Magnum aimed to himself at Rejuvenatingsouls. He and the Bodyguard were about the same size, so he wouldn't be too difficult to take down, the canine noted as he flew through the air. Whether or not his earlier attack had been successful, he'd then lash out with a front leg and aim to sweep the others' out from under him.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]Unsure why everyone was crowded around Ringpaw, Magnum approached curiously, easily peering over the others to recognize the white shepherd. At his words, the canine's brow furrowed, and he chewed on his lip — a nervous habit of his. 'Something happened'? What was that supposed to mean?
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]Since the other SkullClanners had already offered their opinions and said everything on his mind, Magnum remained silent as he approached, brown and blue optics flickering over Luke. Nightmares were no stranger to him; he sympathized with the Dux.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]What was that? Could it be? One of the more good-looking toms in SkullClan was gay? His ears pricked, Magnum wandered over, trying to look nonchalant about the whole thing; though, inside, he was rather excited. It was rare to meet anyone of similar sexual orientation... hm.
Before, the canine had opted out of the game, meaning to do something more productive — but now? Oh, everything was different now. "I'll participate." was all Magnum said, looking outwardly calm as he took a seat. Who knew? Maybe the two would hit it off.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]Slowing to a trot and raising an eyebrow dubiously, Magnum paused in front of Lady Avorio. Allies? Hm... This could be just a trick, but then again, partners were always a great help in this sort of situation. "...Allies." Magnum agreed after a moment, a small smile creeping across his maw.

[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]"Hello, ma'am." Magnum greeted Lady Avorio respectfully, approaching behind her with his blue-brown gaze set on the horizon. He remembered partnering with her in freeze tag... she seemed nice.

[fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]Now, Magnum was all for the "no children out of camp" rule; it kept the younger ones out of danger, and minimized the effort it would take to shepherd them around... but Luke seemed awfully harsh. Hesitating, the canine voiced his opinion: "If we keep an eye on them, they should be fine... they're tigers, too; just as big as a domestic."
